STANDARD DELIVERY
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.99 - Aim to deliver in 2-3 days - Free if order is over £100
Orders placed before 12pm are guaranteed same day dispatch when placed Monday to Friday. Please use the table below to understand how your Standard Delivery order will be processed.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. No Sunday Deliveries

Returns
You can return an item to us within 14 days if you are not completely happy. Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty. Please contact us by email or telephone before starting your return.
Providing the item meets the returns requirements, The Curious Caterpillar will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
